A Computerised Public Grievances Monitoring System has been evolved for providing time-bound relief to the genuinely aggrieved by putting an aggressive system of computerised monitoring in place whereby an officer has to act on the directions without fail. This kind of monitoring has improved the response to public grievances collected at the time of JAN SUNVAI and provided a critical analysis to find out the regions having one or another type of specific problem. This  system has an  impact on  service  related departments. Jan-Sunvai was started in September 2009 and till now, 3062 cases out of 5089 cases have been redressed indicating 60.17 % achievement.

If you are citizen of Dausa, and have problem related to district administration or any other area which is under district administration, lodge your complaint  using this redressal system. Further, a complaint may be submited in JAN SUNVAI during 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Collectorate daily or may be lodged online on http://sugamrpg.raj.nic.in website.
